On a June evening in 2020, Rolf Schröter did his first drawing on Kantstrasse. It turned into a new series: On location with ink and text, he captures night scenes around the restaurants, bars , cinemas and shops of this street in Berlin – immediate and authentic.
In this book, 67 of these coloured drawings are printed as full double pages in original size. Short accompaning texts tell little stories from the street. The text is in German language, English and French translations are provided online, via a QR-code. The book is 24*16cm portrait format, 138 pages softcover with open spine binding, that allows flat opening of the double pages.
