Hugo graduated in architecture in Oporto, Portugal. Ph.D. degree in architecture and graphic expression from ETSAV (Valencia – Spain). He is currently residing in Valencia, lecturing at the Superior Technical Architecture University of this city, (ETSAV) where he teaches Architectural Form Analysis and landscape representation (BFA and Master degrees). He was instructor in Urban sketching workshops in NYC, Oporto, Clermont Ferrand, Udine, Barcelona and Valencia. His drawings have been exhibited at NYC, Valencia, Gandia, Madrid, Venice, Ferrara, Clermont Ferrand and Dallas. Since October 2010 he has been sketching every day.
